Both type of players see exactly the same content, all other factors being equal. Having said that, there are plenty of instances where a person who played (and presumably imported) prior games, as opposed to somebody playing 'clean slate', will *recognise* more of what is said, done, shown etc. Choices and consequences, simulated or not, are the same. The only alternative to The Witcher 2 codes are numerous trainers created not by developers, but by talented players. That would require making (in effect) two distinct versions of the game. Thanks again! I don't know where you've heard that from, but it's nonsense. If so does it hide the lore pertaining to the choices that we discussed that are carried over form Witcher 2? Or is it backstory from the previous games that are hidden? One thing I wanted to ask about is that I heard that if you simulate a save rather then import a save the game treats you as a newcomer and hides parts of the lore from you. WarriorOfTheNight: Thanks Hickory for your help I started playing Witcher 3 and I am loving it so far. Evident by the "import_radowid_has_anais" item in the csv file. It appears that Witcher 3 treats that choice as if you gave her to Radovid regardless if you chose to give her to Natalis. Lastly, does it matter if you choose to give Anais to Radovid or Natalis in Witcher 2?
